About Greg Gary

When President and CEO of Grace Title Inc., Greg Gary, moved to Orlando in 1990, he only had one thing on his mind. No stranger to success, he had been blessed with an innate ability to always know exactly where the ball was headed. In his early years, this gifting surfaced as a child, was cultivated in his adolescent years, and eventually earned him accolades as a baseball player in his youth and a college education at Oglethorpe University and The University of Colorado . This would later lead to a 6 year stint in the Army where he became a master marksman. Coming from a family of military men, it was in the military where he learned to adapt, improvise, and develop the solid foundation and values that has become the hallmark of his success.

Much like the pioneering spirit of Walt Disney and Donald Trump, Greg Gary possesses a natural eye for real estate development and progression. It’s as much a part of him, as his faith and values. When his military career ended in 1986, he returned to his hometown of Ft. Myers, Florida where he played a pivotal role in transforming the face of the city. He could easily see where the city’s potential was for growth, so he opened a real estate brokerage that specialized in matching investor groups to the right location for their projects. A rarity of its kind, his brokerage quickly became a success, and would lead to a career in financial planning –and some years later --- the development of Grace Title Incorporated.

Often referred to as influential and a man of vision in Central Florida, Greg Gary is an astute and tenacious business man, with many successes under his belt. Those who know him best will attest that he lives for the next challenge and the thrill of the hunt, and is never satisfied with status quo. His eye is always on the ball, watching to see where it’s headed next. As a result, people from all walks of life --- from celebrities, professional athletes and Fortune 500 executives to couples just beginning their future together, and individuals planning for their retirement --- have relied upon his experience and business acumen to ensure the solidity of their financial future.

However, when Greg Gary moved to Orlando in 1990 with his wife of 35 years, Jill Gary, he was only concerned with securing his daughter’s future. It was time for her to enter high school and she needed a high level of academics and tennis program, which could not be found in their hometown. Understanding the importance of family and education, he researched schools throughout the state, and decided to move his family to the Orlando area. Of all the titles and accolades that have been bestowed on him, devoted family man is the one that he takes the most pride in.

Orlando has been home to the Ft. Myers native for almost 20 years. On any given day, you can catch Greg on a local radio program giving out advice, unwinding with business associates at the local cigar bar, or hanging out on the golf course hosting a charity fundraiser. He has been involved in many civic and faith based organizations over the years, including the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and Good News Jail and Prison Ministry. Each year, he organizes a golf tournament to raise money for the chaplains of this ministry who have sacrificed material goods and wealth to give their life to mentor those who have lost their freedom.

With over 30 years in the financial planning business, Greg Gary stays on the cutting edge with a reputation built on value, integrity and magnificent service. He is a member of ORRA, FAMB, FLTA, CCIM and the National Rifle Association. He also serves on the Presidents Council for the Good News, Jail & Prison Ministry.
